PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural product sorting device for averaging the operating rate of a packaging device, reducing plant and equipment investment cost for the agricultural product sorting device, eliminating the useless capacity of facilities and requiring less management burden. SOLUTION: The agricultural product sorting device comprises a sorting conveyor 1 for carrying free trays 4 on which agricultural products having already discriminated sorting sections are put, groups of reserving conveyors 201 put together to form groups, a strip pan delivery conveyor 262 linked to the reserving conveyors, and pan delivery means alternatively delivered from the reserving conveyors to the delivery conveyor. The delivery conveyor has one end linked to the delivery ends of the reserving conveyors and the other end linked to one packaging device. Each reserving conveyor, where the sorting sections of the agricultural products to be received are fixedly preset, stores the number of packaged units determined in the preset sorting sections for every reserving conveyor, and delivers the free trays from the corresponding the tray reserving conveyor when the reserving conveyors are detected to be occupied.
