GAS ATOMIZING NOZZLE AND GAS ATOMIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confined type gas atomizing nozzle in which a molten metal nozzle is not clogged and to provide a gas atomizer for manufacturing metal powder of high purity using this nozzle. SOLUTION: In this confined type gas atomizing nozzle, the sectional area of a nozzle hole of the molten metal nozzle is minimized at a molten metal inlet. The molten metal inlet is closed by using this gas atomizing nozzle and inserting a stopper into the molten metal inlet from the molten metal outlet of the molten metal nozzle.
