PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple system configuration, enhanced mechanical trouble countermeasure and maintainability, easy operation, and improved reliability. SOLUTION: A valve body 17 is vertically provided with the first passage hole 18, the second passage hole 19 and the third passage hole 20, which are horizontally provided with a through hole 21. A thread rod 22 having the first thread 25 and second thread 26 is inserted into the through hole 21. The first thread 25 and second thread 26 are mutually faced in the opposite direction. For example, rotation of the thread rod 22 leads to communication between the first passage hole 18 and the second passage hole 19 through the medium of the first thread 25 and between the second passage hole 19 and the third passage hole 20 through the medium of the second thread 26. With these means the passage can be switched.
