PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability by a user while securing the safety of use by determining precisely the generation of incomplete combustion based on the temperature of the combustion flames of a burner. SOLUTION: When the temperature Vt of burning flames during the burning of a burner drops from a higher temperature state than the reference temperature Vst of determining normal combustion to a lower temperature state, combustion emergency stop processing is executed. When the temperature dropping rateΔV/T1 andΔV/T2 are lower than the preset value, the combustion state of the burner is decided to be incomplete combustion state. When the temperature dropping rate is higher than the preset value, the combustion of each burner is stopped without determining whether the combustion state is the incomplete combustion state. When the frequency of the generation of the incomplete combustion state is more often than the preset frequency, a controller suspends the combustion of the burner.
