摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise control system and a hydroelectric power generation system for a hydroelectric power station, by which noises and vibrations can be curbed in any operational areas of a waterwheel, and the stabilized operation with less output variance of the hydroelectric power generation is possible. SOLUTION: In the hydroelectric power generation system, in which the water falling from a reservoir flows through a ringed piping 10, causes to rotates a runner 1, and drains into a draft tube 3, three power generation operational status are detected, including the operational status of full load, of overload, and of low-load. Upon the overload and low-load power generation only, the pipe wall vibrations in the draft tube 3 are detected by a vibration sensor 4 and, simultaneously, the noises produced in the hydroelectric power generation are detected by a sound sensor 5, wherein the noise control system 35 controls vibrations and noises so that both the above detected results come to coincide with a preset value and an air supply mechanism 25 controls air supply volume for the draft tube 3.
