<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorosilicone rubber composition having a considerably shortened vulcanizing time. SOLUTION: This fluorosilicone rubber composition includes (A) an organopolysiloxane expressed by R1aR2bR3cSiO(4-a-b-c)/2, (R1 is a trifluoropropyl group, R2 is a monovalent aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group, R3 is a monovalent aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon group or an aromatic hydrocarbon group), (B) a silica based filler, (C) an organic peroxide expressed by R4 OOCOOR5 (R4 and R5 are each a 3-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group) or R6OOCOOR7OOCOOR8 (R6 and R8 are each a 3-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group, R7 is a 2-8C divalent hydrocarbon group optionally including oxygen atom) and (D) a cross linking agent having a molecular weight <=10,000 and at least two substituents selected from an aryl group, an acryloyl group, a methacryloyl group, an epoxy group and an alkoxy group and at least one of these groups is selected from a aryl group, an acryloyl group, a methacryloyl group and an epoxy group.</p> |
