PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure mounting ease of an external wall panel by sticking a gasket on the periphery of the panel so as to prevent a double gasket finish being given between the adjacent panels. SOLUTION: In the structure for mounting the plural panels P vertically and horizontally on the structural skeleton of a building, the gasket G is stuck on at least the upper or lower edge of the panel P and the left and right side edges thereof, and each of the other panels P is mounted without having the gasket G stuck thereon.
