PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attaching structure for attaching a cab to a body in a vehicle for which an approach angle to a sloped site is required to be secured while securing a living space in the cab of a limited total height. SOLUTION: A base frame part 35b ranged to a front side of an upper stage part 35a of a stepped frame 35 is formed with step difference in a lower side lower by a prescribed height compared with the upper stage part 35a. A supporting frame 41 is fixed to the width-directional central part in a front end of the base frame 35b to be directed frontwards and upwards by a prescribed angle with respect to a horizontal direction. A joining stay 45 is arranged in a front end part of the supporting frame 41, and a front part stay 48 is arranged to be horizontal to a car width direction in an end part of the joining stay 45. The base frame part 35b, the supporting frame 41 and the joining frame 45 are engaged with a base frame part storing part 61 of the cabin 47, a supporting frame storing part 65 and a joining stay storing part 67 respectively.
