PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an even and uniform warm feeling to each occupant in a rear seat by eliminating a discomfort sense caused by a cold draft. SOLUTION: A rear tray module 2 has, as an integral part of it, an air suction port 3 at an upper part of a rear tray 1. Arrangement is such that indoor air is taken, by a blower 5 having a heating means through the air suction port 3, while air heated H by the heating means is returned back to a cabin. In this way, so called a cold draft caused by cooled air falling down along side walls or a rear window can be eliminated, so that a discomfort sense such as a chill feeling each occupant in the rear seat may suffer at knees and shoulders can be eliminated, and an even and uniform warm feeling can be obtained. Moreover, the temperature in the cabin can be raised in a uniform and rapid manner due to the heating also effected by the blower 5 at rear.
