PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage container which has a straw placed inside and can be easily unsealed by tearing force of a finger tip without using a tool such as scissors on a region to be unsealed wherein an upper part of the straw does not interfere with the unsealing and the upper part of the straw always protrudes out of an opening after unsealing. SOLUTION: A body component 2 of the beverage container 1 comprises a front face part 5, a rear face part 6 and a pair of gussets 7 and 7 for connecting the front face part 5 with the rear face part 6 to constitute lateral parts. The gussets 7 and 7 do not exist entirely on a neck 9 of the front face part 5 and the rear face part 6, and rims of the front face 5 and the rear face part 6 are directly welded with each other instead. In addition, a notch 12 is formed on the neck 9, and perforations 12a are formed through a position corresponding to a position of the notch 12 except one layer of a laminate sheet constituting the front face part 5 and the rear face part 6. When an upper end of the neck 9 is pulled upward, it can be simply unsealed beyond the upper part of the straw 13 from the notch 12 along the perforations 12a.
