PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branching pouch with a handle which is easy to carry and discharge contents without dropping efficiency in filling the contents into the pouch and without increasing a manufacturing cost and a distribution cost. SOLUTION: A structure which facilitates carrying of the pouch or pour-out of contents, and particularly improves operativity of a large-sized pouch is provided, wherein in a standing pouch, a wide filling port is secured when filling the contents, while in a flat pouch, its outer dimension need not be changed, thereby preventing a distribution cost from increasing and a storage property from dropping.
