PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition excellent in thermal stability and an antifogging property and not corrosive to processing machines, and a film made of the same. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin (A), 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a nonionic surfactant (B), 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a phosphorus-containing antioxidant (C), and X/50 to X pt.wt., based on the amount (X pt.wt.) of the phosphorus-containing antioxidant (C), of an ion adsorbing agent (D). The film is made of the same.
