PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system at a low cost and to improve an energy saving property in consideration of heat storage conditions in respective areas and power generating efficiency of heat and electric power combined supply devices. SOLUTION: In this system, the first and second areas A1, A2 each individually allowing the grasp of both a heat demand amount and a power demand amount are provided with the first and second heat and electric power combined supply devices 1a, 1b, first and second steam accumulators 2a, 2b, and first and second gas boilers 3a, 3b. Electric power generated in the first and second heat and electric power combined supply devices 1a, 1b is transmitted and received between both the areas A1, A2 via power lines 5. Operating rates of the first and second heat and electric power combined supply devices 1a, 1b are calculated and drive-controlled on the basis of the power generating efficiency of the first and second heat and electric power combined supply devices 1a, 1b, heat storage amounts in the first and second steam accumulators 2a, 2b, and the power demand amount and the heat demand amount grasped in a database 7. |
