<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a tube size while improving the tube strength of a hydraulic shock absorber and maintaining a necessary reservoir volume between an outer tube and an inner tube, form the outer tube and the inner tube even from different materials, and simply and reliably hold built-in parts placed between the inner tube and the outer tube by applying large axial force to these parts. SOLUTION: A tube structure for a hydraulic shock absorber 10 employs an outer tube 12 and an inner tube 13 each molded by extrusion, wherein the inner circumferential wall of the outer tube 12 or the outer circumferential wall of the inner tube 13 has integrally molded ribs 14, and unites the outer tube 12 and the inner tube 13 when the outer tube 12 is radially constricted to press on the inner tube 13 after the inner tube 13 is inserted in the outer tube 12.</p> |
