PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut an edge between a concrete foundation part and a sill (wall part) of a dwelling building and to improve airtightness of the inside of the building. SOLUTION: This elastic synthetic resin (soft synthetic resin foam) sheet 4 of the maximum thickness 3 mm or more is provided between the concrete foundation part 3 of the dwelling building and a vertical wall as the sill (wall part) erected thereon and has recesses/projections (corrugated recesses/ projections) in the bottom face.
