PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit plate with which a underwater solid structure such as a floating fish bank, a floating island, floating shoal and a wave suppressing wall and the like and these solid structures can be constructed in any size and shape. SOLUTION: The unit plate comprises four circular connecting plates and a base plate for connecting the connecting plates to each other and having thickness twice as thick as that of the connecting plates. Each connecting plate, more than half of which projecting from the base plate, has a through hole at center, and a slit with the same width as the thickness of the base plate is provided from the outer periphery to the through hole. Base plate is provided with a plurality of through holes. The underwater solid structure is constituted in such a way that a plurality of the unit plates are assembled, overlapping each connecting plate of the unit plate with a neighboring connecting plate of the unit plate, meeting at right angles, and passing a pipe through the through holes of the base plate at an opposite position.
