PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet stool having no fear that washing water overflows from the toilet stool main body to dirt the periphery, and to provide a toilet stool having a deodorizing function. SOLUTION: In this toilet stool, a toilet stool main body 11 of a vacuum toilet stool 10 is provided with an overflow drain port 70, whereby washing water staying in the toilet stool main body 11 above a designated amount is drained from the overflow drain port 70 through a connecting pipe 73 and a drain pipe 71 to a desired plate. In the subsequent passage from the overflow drain port 70, an exhaust deodorizing pipe 72 communicated with a duct is branched to thereby exhaust and deodorize odor in the toilet stool main body 10.
