PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand tool which can break a thing, pull up a thing by hooking its tip to a gap or a hole and permit a worker to climb up. SOLUTION: This is equipped with a Y-shaped handle 2 and a hook-shaped tool portion 3 attached to one end of the handle 2; the Y-shaped handle 2 has a pair of two branched portions 2a and 2a to which a rod 4 is bridged; and the tip portion 3a of the hook-shaped tool portion 3 is so provided that Y-shaped handle 2 almost crosses vertically relative to a plan in which it looks like a Y shape.
