PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous footing form capable of efficiently constructing a continuous footing having a footing spacer section on the upper surface with the reduced number of processes. SOLUTION: The continuous footing form is constituted of an outdoor side form panel 1 and an indoor side form panel 2, and it is so constituted that the footing spacer section 1c reaching up to the upper end of the other form panel 2 is integrally formed on the upper end of one form panel 1. The footing spacer section 1c is integrally formed on the upper end of one form panel 1 to eliminate the troublesome leveling of the upper surface of a continuous footing required for skill or installation work of the footing spacer, and the continuous footing 10 can be efficiently constructed.
