PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust the temperature of a manufacturing asphalt mixture. SOLUTION: A branch shoot 23 provided with a damper 24 for passage alternation is provided on the discharge part of a bucket elevator 10, and an auxiliary storing bin 25 for storing an aggregate is provided under the branch shoot 23. Temperature sensors 27, 28 for measuring the temperature of the stored aggregate are provided in the auxiliary storing bin 25 and an aggregate storing bin 14. High temperature sand is stored in the auxiliary storing bin 25, when the temperature of the aggregate stored in the aggregate storing bin 14 is low and the asphalt mixture of prescribed temperature cannot be manufactured, the temperature of each aggregate is measured by the temperature sensors 27, 28, when mixing is performed by aggregate blending of shipped mixtures, the mixing ratio of the high temperature sand of the inside of the auxiliary storing bin 25 and the low temperature sand of the inside of the aggregate storing bin is calculated by a computer so as to manufacture the asphalt mixture of desired temperature, and the high temperature sand is mixed in a weighed quantity at the calculated mixed ratio to adjust aggregate temperature.
