PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems of conventional devices of such a constitution that a spring is just stretched on a circumferential surface of a rotation shaft of a first roller to generate irregularity in pressure contact force of the first roller to a second roller to cause incapability of obtaining a specified pressure contact force, and that the spring must be removed in replacement or removal of the first roller in service work to cause loss of the spring or dropping it into the device. SOLUTION: A rotation shaft 12a of the second resist roller 12 is rotatably journalled to a frame 13 in a device body, and a rotation shaft 11a of the first resist roller 11 is inserted into an insertion hole in a resist roller support body 14 to be rotatably journalled. This support body 14 has an engagement groove 14a to be engaged with the frame 13, and it is slidably engaged in a direction connecting the rotation shaft 11a of the first resist roller 11 to the rotation shaft 12a of the second resist roller 12. In this support body 14, a slit 14b having a larger length than slide quantity of the resist roller support body 14 in which the rotation shaft 12a of the second resist roller 12 is rotatably inserted to be journalled is provided.
