PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stand a vinyl sack with a sack port 8 opened so as to easily put trash to reuse the used vinyl sack as a trash bag after the sack is taken home by putting purchased articles in the sack. SOLUTION: The empty vinyl sack 6 is used as a trash bag by connecting a U-shaped bent wire 1 as an attachment by an upper ring 3 and a lower ring 4 to stand the sack 6 with the sack port 8 opened or putting a circled frame by connecting with a pipe pillar 2 and is made to stand by itself in the empty sack 6. If the trash bag 6 is the paper sack 6 stiff enough to maintain the shape, the sack can be used as the standing trash bag 6 by opening the sack port 8 by putting the sack 6 at the inside of the frame, that is, in the ring.
