PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an air conditioner and reduce its cost. SOLUTION: An air conditional unit 10 which is made up of an evaporator Ev for an air conditioner, a cold storage unit 20 which is made up of a cold storage material 23a cooled by an evaporator 22 for a cold storage material 23a, and a blower 13 blowing the first coolant air cooled by the evaporator Ev for the air conditioner toward a turbine casing when an engine operates and the second coolant air cooled by the cold storage material 23a when the engine stops are equipped. Thus, two blowers used to be needed in former air conditioner, but only one blower will be able to be realized because the blower 13 combines blowing the first coolant air toward the turbine casing 1, with blowing the second coolant air toward the turbine casing 1. Above all, the miniaturization and low cost of the air conditioner can be contrived.
