The present invention refers to an ingredient composition for food stuffs having antifungal and anticoagulant functionalities, and a procedure to produce the same; ingredient composition for food stuffs contains a particulate anti-caking material at least partially encapsulated with an encapsulating agent, and an antifungal material of direct action coated in particles of the encapsulated anti-caking material; the present also refers to compositions of nourishing material including the ingredient composition for food stuffs.
