PURPOSE: A military standard 1553 communication control apparatus is provided to simplify line composition by selectively performing the output of a TCO(Transformer Coupled Output) or DCO(Direct Coupled Output) signal using a single communication port and having 8 communication lines. CONSTITUTION: A BS(Bus Controller)(201) outputs 2 channel signals corresponding to a BC mode. An RT(Remote Terminal)(202) outputs 2 channel signals corresponding to an RT mode. A transformer(203) transforms signals outputted from the BC(201) and the RT(202). A switching unit(204) selectively switches a BC mode signal and an RT mode signal transformed through the transformer(203) and a BC mode signal and an RT mode signal which are not through the transformer(203). A single communication port(205) outputs the BC mode signal and the RT mode signal transformed through the transformer(203) or the BC mode signal and the RT mode signal which are not through the transformer(203).
