PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic clutch control device for controlling the clutch so as not to generate loud collision noise during operation. SOLUTION: In the magnetic clutch 70 performing switching of on-off connection of a power transmission mechanism so as to transmit power at an on-off operation between an engine and a rotary electric equipment via the power transmission mechanism, excitation-attenuating means 120 and 130 for gradually reducing intensity of excitation while the direction of excitation through a field coil 71 of the magnetic clutch 70 is alternately switched to forward and reverse directions when a connecting state is switched to a non-connecting state, are provided therein.
