摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluorine in a raw material coming into slag and to satisfy the elution reference of the fluorine from the slag when the fluorine-containing raw material is treated by using a high temperature furnace. SOLUTION: When the slag is effectively utilized by applying the high temperature treatment to the fluorine-containing raw material to recover valuable metals, a vertical furnace having plural tuyeres for blowing the high temperature air into a filled layer of a carbon base solid reducing agent and vertically arranged, is used. Then, the raw material containing powdery and granular metallic oxide and/or metallic hydroxide having the fluorine is injected from the upper step tuyere or the lower step tuyere and also, thermal operational conditions, such as a blasting amount per injected raw material, oxygen enrichment into the blasting, the oxygen enrichment into the upper step tuyere, the theoretical combustion temperature in the upper step tuyere, are controlled.</p>
