METHOD OF REGENERATING WASTE GLASS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regenerating a waste glass which can produce, in a short time, a glass having beautiful appearance and high strength, and uniform in size of glass piece to some extent. SOLUTION: In this method of renewing the waste glass, waste glass pieces to which a releasing agent is added are fed into a rotary heating furnace and are then rolled down in the heating furnace and moved gradually from an inlet port to a discharging port while temperature inside the furnace is maintained in the range of about 800-1200 deg.C.
