PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thief prevention when mounting auxiliary instruments such as a speedometer and a distance recorder on a bicycle. SOLUTION: A lock box 32 is fixed to a meter 12 (one example of the auxiliary instruments) and a receiving plate 46 is fixed to a handlebars 5. The receiving plate 46 is provided with an engagement part 46a fitted with the lock box 32 by moving the lock box 32 in the direction orthogonally crossing a paper surface. In the lock box 32, a lock member 37 and a plate spring 38 are incorporated. When an engagement pin 39 of the lock member 37 is fitted into an engagement hole 29 of the receiving plate 46, a locking state is made. When a key 43 is inserted into the lock box 32, an unlocking state is made and the meter 12 can be removed from the receiving plate 46 together with the lock box 32. |
