METHOD FOR PRODUCING FILAMENT NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR ARTIFICIAL LEATHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament nonwoven fabric for artificial leather having natural leather-like softness and drape and excellent in mechanical strength, by an inexpensive needle-punch interlacing method correspondable to various uses. SOLUTION: This method for producing a filament nonwoven fabric for artificial leather is characterized by comprising imparting lubricant having 0.35-0.45 fiber/fiber coefficient of static friction (F/Fμs) and 0.20-0.30 fiber/metal coefficient of dynamic friction (F/Mμd) to a filament assembly and, then, treating the resultant with needle-punching.
