PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the complexity of work by mounting a muffler in the intermediate part of a mount member formed with a pipe to eliminate the restriction of the mounting position of the muffler and by reducing the number of components and mounting manhours in an intake muffler utilizing part of the mount member of an engine for an intake passage. SOLUTION: A power unit 21 installed in a vehicle is supported by the mount member 1 connecting its front face and both its side faces and having a U-shaped form in the top view, the mount member 1 is composed of first mount members 2 and second mount members 3, a hollow part of the second mount member 3 out of them is used as part of the intake passage reaching a throttle body 29 from a supercharger 26 through an intercooler 27, and the muffler 9 is mounted in the second mount member 3. Thereby, the noise generated when the intake air flows through the second mount member 3 is reduced, and the restriction or the like of the mounting position of the muffler 9 is avoided.
