PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which makes a touch when holding soft and has little fear of hurting a hand by a cut edge of a sheet piece. SOLUTION: The container comprises a pair of opposite outer packaging sheets 3 and 3 and a gusset sheet 4 folded between both sides of the sheets 3 and 3, wherein end rims of the sheet 3 and the gusset sheet 4 are heat-sealed with each other to provide a baglike container body 1 which can be folded flat. One of the end rims of the sheet 3 and the sheet 4 is heat-sealed with the other while being shifted outward.
