PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive sheet of a low environmental loading type having excellent adhesiveness of a colored resin layer to a substrate layer with time, excellent application to a three-dimensional curved surface and handling workability due to flexibility and shape followingness, being readily dumped by a simple incinerator after use. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet is obtained by laminating a colored resin layer 1, a polyolefin-based resin substrate layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3 in this order. The polyolefin-based resin substrate layer 2 comprises at least two layers of a skin layer 21 adjacent to the colored resin layer 1 and a supporting layer 22 adjacent to the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer 3 is stuck with a releasing agent layer 4, if required. The adhesive sheet is composed of four layers as a whole (five layers if the polyolefin-based resin substrate layer 2 composed of two layers is considered). The skin layer is made of a polyolefin- based resin having >=15% surface oxygen atom weight measured by an X-ray photoelectron spectrophotometer.
