PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a yarn cut and fluffing caused by rubbing by mutual overlapping of yarn and bending by pins by making the yarn stably and surely travel in a spiral shape. SOLUTION: The first and second pins 36 and 38 projected on first and second hubs are formed in a noncolumnar shape. A cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the axial direction is formed in the shape of being long in the circumferential direction of the first and second hubs and curving outward in a projecting shape in the radial direction. A travel guide surface 51 composed of a circular arc surface having a radius of curvature r smaller than a radius of curvature R of a reference circle 52 contacting with an outer peripheral surface of the respective pins, is formed on the outer peripheral surface.
