PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability for traveling and stopping. SOLUTION: Steering clutches 18 of meshing type for transmission and interruption of the transmission are interposed in respective left and right transmission mechanisms for distributing motive power to left and right driving rear wheels 7, a main clutch C for transmission and interruption of the transmission is interposed in a transmission mechanism in an upstream of the transmission compared with the left and right transmission mechanisms, an operation means for releasing the clutch to the driving rear wheel 7 in a turning inner side out of the clutches 18 interlocked with a steering operation of a set angle or more from a rectilinear posture of a steering wheel 23, and a pedal 44 for releasing the main clutch C reversibly are provided, and a traveling brake 48 is provided to conduct a brake operation in accordance with pedaling of the pedal 44.
