PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate interference with a road surface in traveling, and prevent inflow of slag in cargo handling. SOLUTION: A cargo handling device and an outrigger device 8 to fix a car body in cargo handling work are provided on the car body, and a chain curtain 21 facing a rear surface of a rear part car body 3 to be grounded to the road surface at a lower end part for preventing inflow of slag toward the car body 3 is composed to be capable of elevation at least at a lower part. Between a leg member 9 driven to protrude/retract from the road surface side of the outrigger 8 and the chain curtain 21, an interlock member 13 comprising a pushup roller and an arm part 17 of an oscillation plate 16 interlocked with protrusion/retraction of the leg member 9 for elevating the chain curtain 21 is provided.
