PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier processing device of food capable of keeping the food in a stable state and easily carrying out cleaning work even when sharp miniaturization of the device is performed, simultaneously thermal efficiency is improved and quick processing is carried out by increasing supply quantity of processing gas in a spiral moving part. SOLUTION: The carrier processing device of food furnished with an endless carrier belt 4 to circulate the food in a storage body 21, forming the spiral moving part 5 to carry the food spirally by the carrier belt 4 in the storage body 21 and devised to process the food by working processing air on the food on the carrier belt 4 in the spiral moving part 5 is constituted to supply the processing air generated from a cold air generating device 26 downward from an upper part of the spiral moving part 5 by arranging the cooling air generating device 26 in the inside space of the spiral moving part 5.
