PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable exhaust emission control device capable of uniformizing the amount of particulates accumulated on a filter over the whole filter and preventing the generation of cracks in the filter in the regeneration treatment. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device has the filter for controlling the exhaust gas arranged through a filter holding sealing body in a casing to which an introducing pipe through which the exhausted gas exhausted from the internal combustion engine is passed and an exhaust pipe exhausting the exhaust gas is connected, and the streamline of the exhaust gas flowing in the casing through the introducing pipe and the axis line of the filter are set so as not to become parallel.
