<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a helical blade with higher dimension precision by improving molding processing of helical blades and improve high reliability and compressor performance. SOLUTION: A compression mechanism part 15 is put in the sealed case 13 of a helical compressor 10. The compressor mechanism part 15 consists of a cylinder 23, a roller 24 arranged eccentrically in the cylinder 23 and helical blades 25 interposed between the roller 24 and the cylinder 23. The helical blade 25 is made of fluorine resin material which can be processed with injection molding, injection-molded with a metal mold of which a spiral groove is formed with the same pitch as the spiral groove 36 of the roller 24. In this case, the helical blade 25 is molded in an injection molding condition fixed with relation between blade spiral length L of which a molding resin material streams from a pouring gate to an inside spiral groove of the metal mold, and a cross section area S, namely, the blade spiral length L mm <= (A×cross section area S mm2 + B)×number of pouring gate and S mm2>=4 mm2 (but, A and B are the constants decided by melt float index of molding resin material).</p> |
