PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition proved in the tanδbalance. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of at least one tin-coupled dienic starting rubber and, incorporated therewith, 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a nitroxide radical, a hydrazyl radical, an aryloxy radical, a trityl radical or an analogous compound thereof bearing in the molecule at least one substituting group of at least one kind selected among an isocyanate group, an amino group, a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an oxirane group, a thiirane group, an ester group and an amide group and stably existing at ordinary temperature in the presence of oxygen.
