PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite high-pressure pipe which is composed of an inner layer pipe for passing fluid and a reinforcing layer having excellent strength against internal pressure, wherein the thickness of the pipe can be reduced by the reinforcing layer, thus the pipe can be wound around a drum, and to achieve lengthy piping, and to reduce a construction cost. SOLUTION: The composite high-pressure pipe is composed of a polyolefine series resin inner layer pipe which is wound with a drawn polyolefine series resin sheet as a reinforcing layer and is provided with an outer layer of polyolefine series resin on the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing layer. The outside diameter of this composite high-pressure pipe is in the range from 50 mm to 80 mm. The ratio of the outside diameter to the thickness of the composite high-pressure pipe is in the range from 18 to 25. The winding direction of the reinforcing layer makes an angle of 45 deg. to 90 deg. with respect to the axial direction.
