PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method of washing glass, which is highly safe to the human body while sufficient effect in washing glass is obtained and in which whole environment including work environment is taken into consideration. SOLUTION: Glass is washed by washing solution containing water, ammonium fluoride and solid inorganic acid.
