PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement concrete and a spraying material capable of reducing the amount of dust generated and the amount of a quick setting agent used and free of harmful effects such as the increase in rebound rate and the lowering of initial strength exhibiting property even when the amount of the quick setting agent used is reduced. SOLUTION: The cement concrete contains a hydrous clay mineral and calcium aluminates or further contains gypsum. The spraying material contains the cement concrete and a quick setting agent or further contains a setting accelerator such as carbonates, an alkali metallic sulfate, an aluminate or a hydroxide, a water reducing agent, a hydrophilic high molecular compound, a fine powder and a setting retarder.
