SOLUTION: In this winding member 1 wound in a roll shape from an applying member 10 by applying an applying film 13 to a surface of a web-like base material 11, the winding member is a winding member 1 for forming a belt-like thick film applying part 14 thicker than the film thickness of the applying film 13 in the vicinity of both edges 13a of the applying film 13, and is a winding member formed of a pattern having a broken line such as cutting the thick film applying part 14 at a prescribed interval or forming a cutout in the thick film applying part.
