PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of static electricity between a sheet member and a board, while maintaining the property of writing on a writing surface. SOLUTION: The sheet member 16 is provided inside a casing 10 so that it can be carried, and the writing surface D made to face sequentially from a writing window W of the casing 10 is formed on the sheet member 16, while the board 18 put on the writing surface D from the back is provided in the easing 10. In the writing device thus constituted, the sheet member 16 is subjected to treatment for preventing static electricity.
