PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water reservoir apparatus which is provided with a slope surface for discharging water at a lower portion of a structure of the apparatus or below the same. SOLUTION: The reservoir apparatus is comprised of the structure 2 obtained by three-dimensionally connecting a plurality of unit members 5, and a cut-off sheet covering the outside of the structure 2. Each unit member 5 includes a space 11 for storing water which has flown from the outside into the inside of the unit member, and the structure 2 is provided with the slope surface 75 obtained by filling concrete 71 in the lower space 11 formed by each unit member 5.
