PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of an electrophoresis liquid is provided to prevent solute particles from being coagulated each other by mixing the paste particles into glycerol or vehicle(hereinafter referred to as "dispersion solution") in advance before mixing solutes mixed into a solvent, paste particles, into the solvent. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process of an electrophoresis liquid comprises a mixing step(S10) of mixing solutes into a dispersion solution preventing coagulation of the solutes; a dispersing step(S20) of dispersing the solutes by passing the solutes mixed in the mixing step through a dispersion unit; and a dilution step(S30) of diluting the solutes passing through the dispersing step with a solvent, wherein the solutes are mixed with the solvent in a weight ratio of 0.1 to 50%, the solutes are selected from the group consisting of graphite, carbon nanotube or a mixture thereof, the dispersion solution comprises glycerol, a resin is contained in the dispersion solution in a weight ratio of 0.1 to 50%, and the resin is selected from ethyl cellulose, nitrocellulose, or acryl.
