PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture of a pressure governor by improving the assembly performance of the pressure governor while designing the pressure governor for compact attachment to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A bracket 61 for fixing a pressure governor 4 to a vehicle body is integrally protruded from the external wall of a small-diameter cylinder 32. The end of the small-diameter cylinder 32 opposite to a large-diameter cylinder 31 has two connection ports for use with hydraulic cylinders. One of the connection ports is connected to an oil chamber in the small-diameter cylinder 32, and the other connection port is connected to an oil chamber in the large-diameter cylinder 31 via a communicating hole 44. The communicating hole 44 is bored through the base of the bracket 61.
