PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house damping foundation structure capable of suiting such a structure as a detached house and being supplied at a low cost. SOLUTION: The house damping foundation structure includes a ground side concrete foundation 30 having the flat upper surface formed on the ground 20 where the house 10 is constructed, a house side concrete foundation 40 having the flat lower surface set on the ground side concrete foundation constituted on the lower part of the house and a plurality of automatic restoring mechanisms 60 connecting between the ground side concrete foundation and the house side concrete foundation through a friction damping material 50 in a state to make it possible to horizontally vibrate the house side concrete foundation.
