PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding rear seat in which the whole body of the seat can be moved forward to be folded to hide a gap to a luggage compartment to secure a wide luggage space on the rear side of a cabin. SOLUTION: This folding rear seat 10 capable of forward/backward adjustment is moved forward along a seat track 14, and a seat back 12 falls forward onto a seat cushion 11 to be folded. For a flap 19, an upper end of it is pressed to a back surface 15 of the seat back 12 by a spring of a hinge connector 25, while a slide board 20 is drawn ahead of a luggage compartment floor 31, following the seat cushion 11.
